I was an absentee seller, putting a home on the market 150 miles from my own home. Mark was fantastic! When I made an appointment to see him, he did all the homework before I even met him and we put the house on the market that day. He kept in constant touch with me, advised me on when to lower the price, kept me abreast of houses selling in the area and the feedback he was receiving on mine.

Mark was very helpful in selling my property. Especially since I was an absentee owner who did not live in the area. I was able to sign necessary documents with “esign” so that I didn’t have to travel 3+ hours every time my signature or approval was required.
